Job description

Client Services Associate

West Sacramento, CA
Starting Pay: $22/hour, depending on experience


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to join our team in West Sacramento. We’re looking for someone with a strong project management or project coordination background who can confidently manage client requests, coordinate production workflows, and deliver exceptional customer service.


Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • 1-hour lunch
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs


Compensation

Starting at $22/hour, with flexibility based on experience, skills, and qualifications.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries
  • Coordinate multiple projects from client request through completion
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Coordinate production workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project details, deadlines, and priorities
  • Provide responsive, professional, and solutions-focused customer service
  • Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management or project coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
  • Print and mail industry experience is a plus, but not required
