YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE:

In this rewarding role, your morning kicks off with a flurry of activity as you assist customers with their inquiries, provide expert product recommendations, and process transactions with ease. Throughout the day, you lead by example, mentoring your team members and ensuring that our counter area is organized and stocked. As the day winds down, you reflect on the meaningful connections you've made with customers and the satisfaction of helping them find the perfect solutions for their needs.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred: 2 years of experience as a sales and service associate in the HVAC/R or similar industry.


WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
