Parts Delivery/Warehouse Associate
Location: Sparks, NV

Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of delivery driver and warehouse associate in our Sparks location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Parts Delivery / Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting daily parts operations, warehouse organization, customer service, and field delivery logistics. This position ensures accurate receiving, handling, storage, and distribution of parts while representing the company professionally at customer jobsites. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Load and unload trailers, containers, and company delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and label outgoing orders according.
  • Receive inbound shipments, inspect, verify and stock them into inventory.
  • Move, store, and organize parts in the warehouse, yard, and shop.
  • Keep warehouse and vehicles clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
  • Safely deliver parts to customer locations, jobsites, and internal branches.
  • Verify delivery accuracy, obtain proper signatures/documentation, and communicate any issues.
  • Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and inspected prior to operation.
  • Follow all company driving policies, including safety protocols.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound freight carriers, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment in compliance company safety policies.
  • Adhere to all company safety bulletins, policies, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.

QUALFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving and inventory flow.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Operation of proper tools including a forklift
  • Familiarity with picking/packing methods and basic computer use.
  • Current Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • 21+ years old

COMPENSATION:
  • Pay based on experience ($18-25/hour)
