Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets

  • Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment

  • Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts

  • Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records

  • Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues

  • Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

  • Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction

  • Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments

  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead

  • Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles

  • Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts

  • Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

  • Plant Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

  • Work Week & Shift: 4th shift Friday - Sunday (6:00AM-6:00PM)

  • Compensation:$20 per hour plus a shift differential

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
