The objective of the Operations Emerging Talent Rotational Program is to develop leadership skills and attributes with a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen and soft skills, so that you are ready to make a positive impact and use your talents to accomplish more than you thought possible. Operations Emerging Talent Rotational Program Facts

We have open positions based in Amgen Ohio; which will be the most technologically advanced final product assembly and packaging plant in Amgen's network. Amgen Ohio is critical in supporting Amgen's mission to serve patients by exclusively supplying the US market with our medicines.

The cohort kicks off in July 2027, candidates must be available for full-time employment in July 2027. The 26-month Rotational Program consists of one 10-month and two 8-month rotations in Operations. You will rotate through various critical functions at your site, such as Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

After successful completion of the program, we expect that you will be well-prepared to succeed in future roles and take on leadership challenges in our Operations organization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or other relevant disciplines obtained from an accredited college or university by the time program kicks-off in July 2027

  • Previous Amgen or relevant industry experience in biopharma, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Minimum GPA of 3.20 preferred
  • Strong technical and analytical skills

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to achieving success
