SAGE Counseling's Program Supervisors assist clinical staff who provide services in Outpatient programs in providing effective, high-quality, client-centered services by providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support.


We are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area - SAGE has offices throughout all of Maricopa Co. - your office will be determined by your location.


Pay: up to $71,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
  • Required: Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
  • Highly preferred: At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services, including conducting intake assessments and diagnosing
  • Preferred: Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
