Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help grow our brand presence across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a willingness to take initiative. You'll help organize marketing materials, support content creation and market research, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure all assigned projects are completed on time and on brand. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to drive marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and deliver results.


Essential Functions

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation of content for emails, social media, blogs, and other channels.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors and other team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage content calendars and help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics (e.g: social engagement, web traffic)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor social media channels and assist in the schedule posts.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars or trade shows.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor strategies.
