Join a dynamic Campaign Management Team supporting Business Banking acquisition marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns across digital, email, awareness, offer-based, and branch promotional channels while partnering closely with marketing, creative, product, legal, and compliance teams.
As a Marketing Delivery Senior Associate in the Campaign Management Team, you will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, helping ensure programs are aligned to strategy, timelines, budgets, and customer experience goals. You will collaborate with internal partners and agencies to develop creative assets, support campaign measurement and reporting frameworks, and maintain strong executional controls. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys managing multiple initiatives, solving problems, and contributing to campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement Business Banking acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to develop creative versions tailored to each program.
  • Support campaign delivery across digital, email, awareness, offer-based, and branch promotional channels.
  • Help ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with strategy, timelines, budget expectations, and business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong control environment by reviewing final creative outputs and executional elements for quality and accuracy.
  • Partner with marketing managers to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and support campaign strategy development.
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting frameworks that help evaluate campaign performance.
  • Optimize direct response marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
  • Prioritize the end-to-end customer experience and help ensure flawless execution of campaign details.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners, including product, marketing strategy, segment, branch, creative, legal, and compliance teams.
