As a Canvass and marketing lead, you will play a critical role in hiring new marketing associates, training, and coaching in each territory, and prioritizing efforts to optimize results. 

The main responsibility of this position is to guide and coach new employees to ensure they can generate the appropriate number of leads needed for our sales staff at the most cost effective means possible. The Marketing Manager ensures that department lead generation and sales goals are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Manage and work Open House Program

Manage and work trade shows and events 

Hire and recruiting promotional staff   members

Assist with Event Tear down and setup

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

BA in Marketing or related field

Sales Acumen

Organizational Skills, Outgoing Personality,   Professional Acumen

Background in customer facing positions -   past exp in similar role preferred. 

Workplace: Hybrid 

Work Schedule: 40 hours a week guaranteed. 

Weekends Required 

Pay:  $80,000-$120,000 total compensation, including base and estimated commission earnings 

Location: Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids areas
