We are seeking a eCommerce, Marketing Associate that will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy and driving marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with in-house resources and team members. This role will work with the Paid Search team developing a strong understanding and ability to drive marketing in this area. As part of the digital marketing team, this person will also be responsible for communicating across different levels of the enterprise and working with team members and business units.

How you will contribute:

  • Assist with strategic planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns for Bradford’s network of sites.
  • Providing accurate and timely sales and performance reports using industry standard tools.
  • Work with both internal and external partners to collaborate, optimize, and execute marketing campaigns in line with key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop tests and implement performance marketing approaches for various products and programs.
  • Deliver against set KPIs including engagement and sessions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new advertising/coordination efforts across internal departments.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns (by channel, by product, as appropriate), providing strategic insights and recommendations – and presenting them to internal clients.
  • Support the analysis, reporting and optimizing of paid search programs for Bradford’s network of sites and all “internal” clients, working with team members to plan and execute marketing messages and campaigns in various search engine-marketing channels (e.g. pay-per-click, pay-per-call, paid inclusion and natural search).
  • Researching targeted keywords / search phrases through third party tools and recommending keyword lists.
  • Researching SEO/SEM competitor rankings, positioning, etc.
  • Quality control / testing for SEM ads and specialized product landing pages.
  • Leverage emerging AI tools and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enhance marketing operations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

What you will bring and skills that excite us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Technology Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • 0-2+ years experience, including internship in direct marketing within digital media.
  • Management of internal or external client relationships is a plus.
  • Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company to build consensus and implement cohesive campaigns.
  • Can work autonomously, pro-actively updating key management on campaign progress.
  • Understands consumer mindsets, and how to effectively message or position to them, shaping marketing messages to focus on key consumer benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with budgeting.
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Experience presenting to groups or public speaking is a plus
  • Familiarity with Power Automate and emerging AI-based technologies.
