Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of both offices
  • Oversee and support attorneys and staff
  • Improve office systems, procedures, and workflows
  • Assist with hiring, training, and employee management
  • Monitor productivity, deadlines, and workload
  • Manage technology, vendors, and office needs
  • Assist with billing, collections, and financial reporting

  • Work with the attorneys to develop and implement growth strategies
