We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court, mediation and negotiations
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements for family law matters
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

  • Admission to the Virginia State Bar
  • Previous Family law experience
  • First Chair litigation experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
