The Senior Director AI Workforce Innovation and People Analytics is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic integration of advanced technologies, AI, and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to transform workforce operations and elevate employee experience.

This role requires a strategic decision maker with strong judgement, who can influence senior stakeholders, lead enterprise change management, and shape a forward-looking strategy grounded in data, innovation, and AI-enabled capabilities. The ideal candidate brings intellectual curiosity, operates as an experimenter, and continuously explores new approaches to improving workforce effectiveness through AI-powered and digital solutions.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$187,000.00 - $361,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
