**Offering 150% Commission for the First 6 months! **

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new insurance sales, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment, utilizing a variety of sales and communication skills to meet client needs and expand our market presence.

Duties

  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships within the community.
  • Conduct insurance consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients through telemarketing, social media, and community outreach.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns and improve sales processes.
