Job description

The Corporate Finance Group of our Am Law 100 client is seeking a mid-level associate with approximately three to six years of legal experience to join its corporate finance practice in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans. Less experienced candidates (3-6 years of experience) should have general transactional experience, but need not have experience representing lenders or borrowers in finance transactions. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative and well-established team. The firm provides a collegial environment and a nationally recognized platform that supports long-term professional growth and advancement. The pay range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000/year.
