Role Description The Financial Service Team Associate is a part time, potential to be full-time, hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role supports financial advisors with day-to-day client service, including preparing meeting materials, organizing client files, and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The associate helps gather and verify client data, update financial planning tools and CRM systems, and assist with account applications, transfers, and maintenance requests. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating appointments, managing calendars, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to maintain a high standard of accuracy, confidentiality, and client care.

Qualifications
