  • Prepare, assemble, and finish rod parts, including reel seats, handles, and guides.

  • Ensure all products meet strict quality standards by following detailed specifications.

  • Achieve daily production targets efficiently and accurately.

  • Support additional manufacturing tasks as needed to meet team goals.
