Client Service Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our advisors and their clients, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless client experience. If you have a strong background in financial services, a passion for client care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah.

Your Impact:

  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for advisors and their clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with account maintenance, including setting up new accounts, processing transactions, and managing client service requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or concerns with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to support client needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate and review reports related to client accounts and activities as needed.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.
  • Required licensing within 6 months of hire: Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, SIE, State Life & Health Insurance
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to contributing to team success

  • Strong computer and technical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or financial software is a plus.
