About the Role  
Are you a people person and a dog person? As a Sales Associate, located in Lakeway, you will be the first point of contact for customers and dogs, building relationships, delivering an exceptional experience, and selling memberships & retail products only when dogs need supplemental support.This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable and good at multi-tasking. We believe in career development and top performers in this role have advancement opportunities. This position also participates in receiving tips.
 
What You’ll Do  
  • Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service 
  • Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
  • Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for dogs
  • Drive membership & retail product sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
