Top 50 AmLaw firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join their Technology Transactions Practice Group.


Qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience handling transactional matters with a focus on intellectual property and technology transactions; strong research, writing and analytic skills. Applicants with technology or life sciences sector experience are preferred. An undergraduate or advanced degree or work experience in computer science, electrical engineering, life sciences or other technology-related field of study is preferred. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references.
