The Business Administration Specialist supports Completeful's day-to-day administrative operations, including routine bookkeeping, purchasing for internally approved purchase orders, recruitment and onboarding coordination, recordkeeping, and special administrative projects. This role is focused on accurately carrying out established processes, gathering and organizing information, maintaining clear documentation, following up on assigned items, and escalating questions or discrepancies to the appropriate manager.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring assignments and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, complete assigned tasks independently once direction is provided, and escalate questions appropriately.
