Job Description

What you will learn and work with:

  • Developing, performing, and troubleshooting in vitro cell-based expression assays and flow cytometry assays to support product testing.
  • Supporting assay development through a variety of molecular biology techniques.
  • Documenting and reporting laboratory data in accordance with GMP practices.
  • Collaborating effectively within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure timely and accurate testing.
Qualifications

Minimum Skills: 

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship indefinitely. 

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant life science field (Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline)
  • 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience
  • Hands-on experience with molecular and cell biology techniques, including familiarity with techniques such as:
    • In vitro expression assays
    • Mammalian Cell Culture
    • Cell-based assays
    • Flow cytometry
    • Aseptic technique
  • Experience working in GMP and GMP-like environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to good documentation practices.
  • Candidates within a commutable distance of Chesterfield, MO are encouraged to apply

Desired Skills:

  • Flow Cytomery, PCR/qPCR, ELISA, Blotting Techniques
  • Method validation experience.
