Job description


Starting Pay Rate: Per Adjunct Faculty Pay Scale
Schedule Information: On campus Monday and Wednesday evenings
Job Description: Teaching BIO 260 Human Anatomy; lecture and laboratory sessions on campus with face to face lecture and lab components.
Education Requirements: Master's degree in Biology with experience teaching Human Anatomy; or a master's degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in biological science, plus experience teaching Human Anatomy.
Experience Requirements: Recent college-level teaching experience in both lecture and lab environments, and ability to work with course management systems such as Blackboard are the preferred qualifications.
Required Documents: ***A resume and cover letter are required to complete the application process***
* Official transcripts required upon hire
* Employment is contingent upon Criminal Background Check.
* Employment sponsorship is not available.
Applicable Benefits: We offer a competitive, semester by semester adjunct pay, with some tuition waivers available after 3 semesters; sick and personal business leave; and a comprehensive Adjunct Faculty Development Program.
The pay rates are aligned with the terms outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
