Parsippany, NJ

90-100K + bonus

EDUCATION:   Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Major in Accounting

EXPERIENCE:   Five to Seven Years' Experience in Accounting. Managerial Experience   Preferred.

CPA   AND/OR Public Accounting Experience Required

MAIN   FUNCTIONS: Preparation of Financial Statements. Coordination of Monthly   Closing Process (including Payroll), Preparation of Account Variances   Analysis, Supervision of Accounts Payable and General Accounting Staff,   Special Projects as Assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:   1. At least 5 year's accounting experience at a senior accounting level with   supervisory experience   2. At least 3 year's accounting experience in public accounting   3. General Ledger experience and the ability to prepare financial statements   i.e. Balance Sheet, Statement of Operations and Cash Flows   4. Experienced in preparing account reconciliation and lead sheets   preparation for external auditors   5. Able to work independently; team player and committed to getting the job   done to meet required deadlines with accuracy   6. Experienced in working with automated general ledger accounting systems.   7. Must have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word software   8. Must be able to interact with various levels of management   9. Excellent Organizational Skills
