Hybrid / Remote Eligibility

This position is open to inoffice, hybrid, or remote candidates located within Kansas.
Employees working remotely must reside within driving distance of one of our office locations (Manhattan or Emporia) and be available for inperson meetings, training, and collaboration. Work arrangement will be determined based on role needs, experience level, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
  • Assist in developing effective tax strategies to support client goals and minimize tax exposure

  • Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support, including identifying taxsaving opportunities
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to address client questions and support compliance and planning efforts

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • CPA license preferred, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience preparing individual and business tax returns,Trust tax experience a plus
