Position Summary:

The Sr. CRM Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to support and enhance business operations. This is a techno-functional role, requiring both a strong understanding of business processes and hands-on technical expertise. The specialist will be accountable for managing the functional design of CRM solutions as well as executing the technical configuration needed to bring those solutions to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales & marketing product teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and configure CRM solutions to support custom sales applications and workflows.
  • Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM to align with functional and technical requirements.
  • Partner with IT and product teams to integrate CRM with sales-tech and mar-tech tools.
  • Work with solution and data architects to design a customer data platform.
  • Manage CRM enhancements, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in CRM capabilities, especially for B2C customer lifecycle management.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support testing, training, and deployment of new CRM features and updates.
  • Monitor CRM performance and usage, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve CRM-related problems.
  • Deliver end-user support and training to promote effective system usage.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRM platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Functional Analyst, Specialist, or Implementer, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales and marketing capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform configuration and customization.
  • Experience with 2–3 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Skilled in integrating CRM with broader sales-tech and mar-tech ecosystems.
  • Experience with CRM platform migrations and data transformation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, reporting tools, and CRM integrations.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Dynamics Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics Marketing Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus.
