ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist.

As an Implementation Specialist you onboard new clients and help them comfortably use ADPโ€™s products and services. You ensure solutions deliver and exceed client expectations, supported by awardโ€‘winning training and worldโ€‘class service guidelines.

What Youโ€™ll Do: Responsibilities
  • Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution. You partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, guiding them toward the best solution for their requirements.
  • Implement ADP Technologies. You analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally. You collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with project team members about priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multiโ€‘Task & Communicate. You effectively manage multiple timeโ€‘sensitive followโ€‘ups and projects, clearly and concisely share essential information, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
Required Qualifications
  • You have at least one year of experience in a client service or customer service environment.
  • Alternatively, relevant experience may include military service.
