Job Description:
At Regions, the Treasury Management Implementation Product Specialist partners with Treasury Management sales and business clients to ensure services are implemented quickly and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Works directly with the Treasury Management sales team and clients to assist with the implementation of products and services
  • Performs data entry and validation within multiple, complex, or integrated Treasury Management Applications
  • Works within the implementation workflow system to document progress of implementation, complete with updated notes as applicable
  • Validates required documentation, authorizations, and approvals are all accurately completed and included with implementation requests
  • Provides follow-up communication to the Treasury Management sales team when required information is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Serves as the liaison between Regions' clients, Operations, Technology, and bank vendor partners as necessary
  • Documents, manages, tracks, and drives implementations through completion
  • Ensures a smooth transition for clients from the implementation team to Client Services upon project completion when applicable
  • May support complex, high value, and one-off special requests while developing insight, technical expertise and an analytical ability to complete the implementation set-up

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of banking, customer service, operations, administrative or related experience

Preferences
  • Experience in treasury management or operations

Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

May support complex, high value, and one-off special requests for Credit Card while developing insight, technical expertise and an analytical ability to complete the implementation set-up

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
