Job description

About the Opportunity

We are expanding our civil litigation team and are hiring Arizona-licensed attorneys. This is an opportunity for attorneys who want to litigate, not spectate — you will handle real hearings, draft substantive motions, work directly with clients, and build a portfolio of meaningful litigation experience starting the day you join the team!

Whether you have a few years of practice or are newly barred, this role offers an accelerated path to becoming a seasoned litigator.

What Makes This Role Stand Out

*** Immediate courtroom and motion practice — real hearings, real cases, real responsibility

*** Fast-paced litigation development — learn dispositive motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trial skills

*** Mentorship that actually accelerates your growth — hands-on training and continuous feedback

*** Structured workflow & autonomy — we don’t micromanage; we train you, trust you, and let you take ownership

*** A collaborative team culture — motivated litigators who help each other win

*** Career growth built in — strong performers advance quickly and take on leadership roles

*** Substantive writing practice — MSJs, MTDs, discovery motions, evidentiary workups, and more

*** Litigation experience that builds a real career — not back-office work, not doc review

If you want to be a confident, capable litigator, this is the job.

Compensation

  • Monthly Bonus: $1,000 monthly incentive-based bonus (most attorneys achieve the monthly standard while maintaining a regular work schedule)

  • Regular Raises: Each associate is periodically evaluated and transparently informed of the Firm's criteria and the Associate's eligibility for a raise.
  • Monthly Retirement Plan Contribution: With no contribution requirement from the Associate, the Firm contributes $750 to the Associate's pension each month.
  • The opportunities at a growing firm are endless!
