Job description

Senior People Enablement Partner (People Enablement Partner Sr)

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office1-2days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Senior People Enablement Partner is responsible for solving complex cross-functional workforce challenges within specific business units or across the enterprise as a sprint-based internal HR consultant.

How you will make an impact:

  • Partners closely with People Strategy Partners to lead short-term, high-impact projects integrating organization design, workforce analytics, talent optimization, and change enablement.
  • Serves as a guiding force for junior problem solver roles, playing a pivotal part in crafting, implementing, and refining organizational policies.
  • Acts as the execution engine behind strategic people strategies by building scalable solutions and creating reusable playbooks for replication across business units.
  • Diagnoses and frame organizational problems through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and root cause synthesis.
  • Designs and co-creates evidence-based solutions alongside HR and business teams utilizing best practices, analytics, and iterative feedback.
  • Lead agile sprint execution, managing timelines, deliverables, retrospectives, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational development, psychology or related field and a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including time in generalist or specialist roles such as HRBP, talent, OD, or workforce planning, including a minimum of 3 years managing projects.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • PHR, PMP, or Greenbelt preferred.
  • Prior consulting experience and a consulting mindset strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing CURES framework strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing and building efficient, repeatable processes strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actionable solutions in complex, matrixed environments strongly preferred.
  • Organized, critical thinkers strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $117,680 to $194,172.
