JOB SUMMARY

  • The Access Management Analyst position supports the Information Systems department with account moves, adds and changes (MAC) for all supported applications. Some of the applications currently include Active Directory, Exchange, O365, MEDITECH, Athena and all other supported applications. Support for single sign on (SSO), web filtering, wireless network access and provisioned access on all Phoebe systems. Must assist in the completion of HIPAA access audits as requested and annual user access audits.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Adheres to the hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines
  • Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and vision of the organization
  • Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintains current knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs)
  • Attend staff meetings and complete mandatory in-services and requirements and competency evaluations on time.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • General environment: Works in a well-lighted, air-conditioned area, with moderate noise levels.
  • May be exposed to high noise levels and bright lights.
  • May be required to change from one task to another of different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
  • Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur.
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed - not to exceed 10% travel.

  • 2-year associate degree in computer science or related field (Required)


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 - 3 years IT related field (Required)
  • 0 - 1 year Experience with Firewalls, Web Filtering, and computer security (Preferred)
  • 0 - 1 year Experience with Single Sign On (Preferred)
  • 0 - 1-year Direct experience in a healthcare organization (Preferred)
