MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Hardware Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD area.

 Join a new and exciting opportunity to support national security by delivering mission-focused IT services for a dynamic and expanding program. In this role, you will provide support in the application and management of integrated logistics activities supporting the installation and fielding of systems.  As well as assist projects to comply with acquisition logistics management and life cycle support requirements detailed in the Deployment Management Process.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the project work as defined by the government and leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large Hardware related projects.
  • Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  • Travel 10%-20% CONUS/OCONUS as needed to rack and stack hardware, interpret a CRL, and cable racks based on technical documentation
  • Develop schedules and logistical strategies for managing hardware across the program

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years,  Associate's degree with 15 years OR  High School/GED with 20 years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a Technical Lead in hardware deployments

Preferred Qualifications:

           The following tools and platforms are preferred but not required:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or other ticketing systems

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
  • Occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may include delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
