Position Summary:
2nd Swing is seeking experienced Club Fitters to join our team and deliver best-in-class fitting experiences for golfers of all skill levels. In this role, you will leverage your equipment knowledge and fitting expertise to create engaging, one-on-one fittings and recommend the best equipment solutions tailored to each golfer's needs. This is a part-time role with a primary focus on weekend availability (Friday - Monday).
This opportunity is ideal for experienced club fitters seeking flexible, part-time work with premium hourly pay. Whether you are semi-retired, teaching during the week, working events, or simply prefer weekend fitting, we offer the ability to focus on delivering exceptional fitting experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Create positive, engaging, best-in-class fitting experiences.
  • Share golf equipment knowledge while making recommendations for golfers.
  • Utilize TrackMan launch monitors, Quintic, and Foresight systems to conduct accurate fittings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout the fitting process.
  • Accurately document fitting results, recommendations, and equipment specifications.
  • Stay current on new product launches, fitting technologies, and manufacturer updates.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment by assisting with related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of club fitting experience or a minimum of 1,000 completed fittings.
  • Strong golf background with experience playing, teaching, or working in the industry.
  • Current manufacturer-certified club fitting credentials with one or more major golf equipment brands required.
  • Completion of Ping Academy, Titleist University, TrackMan University, or similar training preferred
  • Hands-on experience using TrackMan launch monitor technology required.
  • Active PGA Member or PGA Associate in good standing preferred, not required.
  • Deep knowledge of golf equipment and fitting technology.
  • Energetic, engaging, patient, and professional approach.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking and bending
  • Ability to lifting up to 40 lbs

Compensation:
