What does an associate GM do?

An Associate General Manager (Associate GM) assists the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a business unit, department, or organization. Their responsibilities typically include managing staff, implementing policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping to achieve business goals. Associate GMs are crucial for efficient operations and the smooth running of organizational processes.

The role often requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially in fast-paced environments like retail or hospitality.
