Job description

*This is a onsite position coming into ManpowerGroup Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI*

Role Purpose:

       Partner with the Global Talent Solutions Brand senior leadership to drive profitable growth through strategic financial insight, consultation, and strong cross-functional collaboration

       Own and lead North America Talent Solutions financial management, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and timeliness

       Act as the Global TAPFIN finance partner to the TAPFIN Senior Leadership Team, participating in LOB SLT meetings and supporting strategic initiatives such as long-range planning, budget target setting, and investment business case modeling

       Drive financial oversight for the Global TAPFIN business, including regular review of actuals, forecasts, and budgets; serve as the primary finance point of contact for business leadership and local finance partners

       Provide strategic financial leadership on pricing strategies, profit improvement initiatives, and regional and global risk management and mitigation

       Lead incentive and commission modeling, benchmarking, and payout execution for the North America Talent Solutions organization in partnership with P&C, Global Finance, and business leadership

       Incorporate market dynamics into integrated sales and cost forecasting to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making across the business

Results & Strategy

Ensure revenue, margin, and profit forecasting is accurate and reflects market dynamics by incorporating integrated sales and cost forecasting across the business. Drive growth by delivering timely operational and financial reporting and analysis, and by providing strategic insights and guidance that enable Brand Leaders to make high-quality decisions. Continually evaluate and improve finance processes to strengthen controls, ensure consistent governance across the brand, and proactively manage and mitigate financial risks. Implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness and provide analytical support for capital investment opportunities and M&A initiatives within the brand.

People

Inspire and lead a team of commercial and FP&A finance professionals across onshore and offshore locations to deliver North America Finance goals, ensuring the team has the capabilities required to support fastchanging business needs. Partner with Brand senior management to grow the business by providing strategic financial consultation and collaborating with the Brand Leader and SLT to set the commercial finance direction, including pricing strategies, profit improvement programs, and risk management and mitigation initiatives.

Thought Leadership

Analyze market and industry trends and synthesize insights into strategic guidance for business leadership, identifying opportunities to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Required
•    10 years Finance experience; 5 years in Finance leadership capacity
•    Bachelor’s Degree 
•    Experience supporting commercial leaders in finance capacity
