Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing prompt and accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and promotions.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the customer's requirements and preferences.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of various Chevrolet/Toyota models, explaining technical specifications, performance, and safety features.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any product-related concerns or questions promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct test drives to ensure customers' comfort and satisfaction with potential vehicle choices.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options, ensuring transparency and adherence to dealership policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales deals effectively.
