Starting Pay: $22.33/hour

Schedule: Must be available to work Days or Swing shifts. Typical shifts include 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, and 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. on weekends.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the daily leadership and operation of the Food & Beverage team during assigned shifts. This position supports the Food & Beverage Manager by providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and training while ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Food & Beverage Supervisor leads by example to create a positive, guest-focused environment and supports multiple food and beverage outlets as business demands require.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
  • Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support to Food & Beverage team members to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Assist with scheduling team members to ensure appropriate staffing levels during normal operations, promotions, special events, and peak business periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock of food, beverage, and operating supplies.
  • Participate in weekly inventory counts and assist with weekly and monthly product ordering.
  • Ensure all food and beverage transactions are properly processed, including payment and comp authorization when applicable.
  • Assist team members with balancing cash drawers and report discrepancies to Finance.
  • Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service while maintaining quality standards.
  • Authorize approved comp transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in developing beverage specials, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Stay current on food and beverage trends to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, safety, alcohol service, and gaming regulations.
  • Monitor team member compliance with required certifications and ongoing training.
  • Promote positive guest, vendor, and team member relationships.
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Food & Beverage management experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage or gaming environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple bars, restaurants, banquets, or entertainment venues preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with POS systems, including operational functions and programming.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health department regulations, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and financial accountability.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position supporting a 24/7/365 gaming and hospitality operation. Candidates must be available to work Day or Swing shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
