Summary of Position
The Associate Producer I is responsible for running the successful live game service. This includes executing the vision of the Producer by collaborating with various departments and ensuring the timely, high quality delivery of game service.
We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assists in coordinating tasks and dependencies with internal teams like QA, Community, and Player Support to meet project deadlines
  • Helps maintain and track established schedules for maintenance, QA, and weekly bug triages
  • Collaborates with the team to support the daily operations of the live service, ensuring a stable play environment
  • Supports during live service updates and maintenance to ensure seamless execution
  • Reviews basic game health metrics (e.g., ticket counts, community reports) to learn how to gauge the health of the game
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Experience
  • 1 - 3 years of game production experience
  • 1+ year live game experience preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge/Skills
  • Knowledge of live and online game player behavior
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving ability
  • Knowledge of the game industry including emerging trends with a focus on the markets served by Nexon
  • Preferably a gamer at heart
  • High level understanding of online environments and processes required to maintain high uptime
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional project and time management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (annually)
The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $70,000 - $83,000 annually.
Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual's pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
