Senior Associate, Product Manager - Incentive Marketing Experiences

About the Team
The Retail Bank Marketing team is expanding, with a focus on delivering outstanding marketing experiences. Critical to this endeavor is the Marketing Technology that powers these experiences. This role, Sr. Associate of Product Management for Incentive Experiences, spearheads a key component of the marketing technology and is essential for achieving the desired marketing outcomes.
This highly collaborative and user-centric position involves defining new incentive marketing experiences that support business growth objectives and increases ease of use for our customers. The individual will work closely with business strategists, designers, marketers, engineers, and leaders to inform the backlog of new incentive experiences and capabilities. Additionally, this role will coordinate with software development teams to implement these optimizations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
