As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing crisis intervention and immediate support during moments of critical need.

Your primary focus will be on providing social work services to pediatric patients, including children facing chronic illnesses, mental health challenges, and those requiring transitional support after hospitalization. You will work collaboratively with families to address both immediate and long-term needs, helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and the emotional landscape of caring for a child with health concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and healthcare professionals.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be viewed favorably:

• Two or more years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting, ideally within pediatrics or mental health.
