You set the tone for every guest stay.
At the Fairfield Inn & Suites York, the front desk is the command center of the hotel. Guests arrive tired from the road, traveling for work, visiting family, or passing through Nebraska. You are the first person they meet and the person they remember when they leave.
We are looking for someone who is upbeat, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you like fast paced environments, solving problems, and making guests feel welcome, this is a strong opportunity to build hospitality experience with the Marriott brand.
What You Will Do
• Welcome guests and provide efficient, friendly check-in and check-out
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Answer phones and assist guests with information about the hotel and the York area
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Balance and manage cash, credit card transactions, and daily reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional front desk and lobby area
• Deliver the service standards expected from a Marriott-branded hotel
