Job description

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the hybrid position of Front Desk Agent/Accounting Clerk. As part of the initial first 10 minutes of a guests experience, the Front Desk Agents are responsible for making lasting first impressions, starting with the warm welcome/welcome back, owning each interaction and representing the company as if it is their own. In addition to undertaking various procedural and administrative duties, dealing with and diffusing conflict or tension is also a critical skill we are looking for. In addition this candidate will play a key role in supporting our finance department to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of all financial transactions. The best Front Desk Agent/Accounting Clerk will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.Ideally, you will work 3 days as a Front Desk Agent and 2 day as a Accounting Clerk. Must have full availability Monday - Sunday between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare invoices and process payments
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
 Accounting Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
