Job description

Marval Camping Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Seasonal Front Desk Associate to help create memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the outdoors, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
  • Make and manage campground reservations.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with questions or concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient and comfortable using computers and learning reservation software.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
