Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry.

Provide information about our services and company policies.

Requirements:
