Job Description

The Associate Financial Systems Analyst supports the day-to-day administration and operation of SOCOTEC USA's enterprise financial applications. Working closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT, this role provides functional support, user administration, troubleshooting, reportingย assistance, and data maintenance acrossย Deltekย Vantagepoint,ย HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and related business systems.ย 

This position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to developย expertiseย in enterprise financial systems within a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization executing an active acquisition strategy.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Financial Application Supportย 

  • Provideย functional and technicalย support forย Deltekย Vantagepoint,ย HighRadius, SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now, and other Finance applications.ย 

  • Troubleshootย system errors,ย assistย withย user issues, resolve routine system requests, and escalate complex problems whenย appropriate.ย 

  • Support Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Operations users with day-to-day application needs.ย 

User & Security Administrationย 

  • Create,ย modify, and deactivate user accounts and security roles.ย 

  • Maintain application permissionsย in accordance withย company policies.ย 

  • Assistย with employee onboarding and offboarding activities related to financial systems.ย 

Data Management & Reportingย 

  • Perform data maintenance, imports, exports, and data validation activities.ย 

  • Support financial reporting and operational reporting requests.ย ย 

  • Assistย with dataย reconciliationย and helpย maintainย data integrity across integrated systems.ย 

Systemย Configurationย &ย Maintenanceย ย 

  • Assistย withย maintainingย application configurations, including workflow rules, lookup tables, user settings, and security structures.ย ย 

  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, patches, and new functionality deployments to ensure stable and effective operations.ย 

  • Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides.ย 

  • Identifyย opportunities to improve business processes and reduce manual effort through system enhancements.ย 

Cross-Functional Collaborationย 

  • Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure reliable application support.ย 

  • Coordinate with software vendors onย supportย tickets and issue resolution.ย 

  • Contribute to Financeย transformationย and acquisition integration initiatives.ย 

Qualifications

Requiredย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Businessย Analytics, orย a relatedย discipline.ย 

  • 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise business or financial systems.ย 

  • Experience supporting one or more ERP, HRIS, or expense management platforms.ย 

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.ย 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ย 

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.ย 

Preferredย 

  • Experience withย Deltekย Vantagepoint orย Deltekย Vision.ย 

  • Experience supporting SAP Concur, ADP Workforce Now,ย HighRadius, or similar enterprise applications.ย 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel,ย SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS),ย Power BI,ย Powerย Queryย andย TSQL fundamentals.ย 

  • Experience working inย professionalย services, engineering, consulting, or acquisition-drivenย organization.ย 

  • Exposure toย system integrations, workflow automation, or financial reporting tools.ย

  • Become proficient in supportingย Deltekย Vantagepoint and related financial applications.ย
