Job description

Finance Associates (Mid-Level to Senior) | San Francisco or Irvine, CA


Compensation: $220,000 to $330,000 annually, depending on experience


A well-established firm is seeking mid-level to senior associates with 4 to 7 or more years of experience to join its Financial Practices Group.


The positions are available in either the San Francisco or Irvine office.


Strong candidates will have meaningful experience in commercial finance and/or real estate finance transactions, drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, and managing deals from inception through closing. A solid grasp of UCC Article 9, real estate secured lending, or both is expected. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.


Applicants must be admitted to the California bar and have a strong academic background from a top law school or equivalent experience at a firm with a comparable finance or lending practice.
