Job Overview
KI has an opening for an Order Analyst at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. We are looking for this individual to join our next training class starting on Monday, 10/19/2026.
This position analyzes customer purchase orders to ensure they follow KI's policies and meet KI's requirements (purchase order requirements, pricing policies, adhere to contracts/agreements, contain all necessary model and finish detail, etc.) and seek additional information from other sources (customer, sales team, customer service, etc.) when details are missing. The Order Analyst is responsible for processing daily orders and auditing those entered by other team members. A high level of accuracy is essential in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Review incoming purchase orders to validate they meet KI's purchase order requirements and policies.
  • Review customer purchase orders and quotes against contracts/agreements to validate that the purchase is being made properly per the agreement.
  • Review and identify if there is any missing information, wrong information, pricing issues, discrepancies, etc.
  • Clearly document essential information.
  • Audit orders entered by other staff members.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate order issues.
  • Manage and monitor orders on hold.
