• Guided Care Execution: Assist with the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of evidence-based patient care plans.

• Proactive Monitoring: Record and communicate critical changes in patient condition directly to the Registered Nurse and interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborative Practice: Input and execute physician and nursing orders under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor.

• Clinical Competency Development: Actively participate in transition-to-practice programs to rapidly refine clinical reasoning and judgment.

• Person-Centered Advocacy: Deliver safe, high-quality, and empathetic care tailored to unique patient populations.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

2 years of experience preferred
