The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Navy stakeholders through daily tasks where they will:

  • Process correspondence through serial logs and subject availability messages, mail distribution, and front office letters
  • Create and format Naval memos and letters adhering to guidance in the Naval Correspondence Manual
  • Maintain CPARS and Emergency Coordination
  • Manage the work environment and events by maintaining the bulletin board, event planning, and work culture initiatives
  • Attend on-site and virtual meetings, while recording meeting notes as needed
  • Create and maintain Excel based trackers and reports

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams)
