Job Summary:MaineGeneral Health is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Food & Nutrition team at Glenridge in Augusta. This is a hands-on evening role where your work directly supports residents every day.
No food service experience? That's okay. If you show up, work hard, and have a good attitude, we will train you.Job Description:

Position: Food Service Associate

Location: Augusta, ME

Schedule: 32 hours per week

Shift: Variable

What You'll Do:

  • Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients/residents, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services
  • Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including cashiering, waiting tables, tray line delivery, and catering special events
  • Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures
  • Assists with sanitation duties, including dish washing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
  • Follows food safety and safety guidelines at all times
  • Works as part of a team to keep meals moving on time

This is a physically active role. You will be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving throughout your shift.

Compensation Information:$16.50 - $28.88

The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
